Lawn Maintenance
We know this summer was rough on everyone’s yard. Let’s all celebrate the cooler temperatures and give those lawns some TLC. Trim those trees and bushes, remove all the dead weeds, etc. Let’s all work on keeping Windsong a beautiful community. The HOA will be biding out tree trimming for the common areas of WS within the next few months as well. This year the City of Chandler asked all HOA communities to forego overseeding of non-essential turf areas due to the drought and water usage. The Board voted to not water usage. The Board voted to not over seeding for 2023.
Animal Control
It is the responsibility of each homeowner who owns an animal to make sure that the animal is not offensive to neighbors. This includes letting cats roam, quieting barking dogs, and cleaning up after them when they are taken for walks. We also ask that you please do not feed or shelter the feral cats in the neighborhood.
House Painting
Is it time to paint your home? Facia boards are, in many cases, peeling and some are even in need of replacement. Check the outside of your home. Are the facias peeling? Has the paint faded? Are the foundation slabs peeled and concrete exposed? It’s probably time to paint. If you are going to re-paint your home, please refer to the ARC for the pre-approved colors. Color schemes are available to review under Helpful Links tab.

Vehicles
Remember that vehicles need to be operable to be parked in your driveway or on the street. Be sure tags are current and that it is clean with inflated tires. If you have a vehicle that is inoperable, please store it in your garage.
Trash and Containers
Please be sure to remove refuse containers as soon as possible after collection. Remember, containers must be stored in your rear yard or in your garage. They may not be viewable from the street or neighboring lots.
